Floors for local businesses
Fountain Valley has a strong mix of business parks, medical offices, light industrial units and shopping centers. Each one has different floor needs. A restaurant kitchen needs slip resistance and sanitation. A clinic needs a seamless surface that stands up to disinfectants. A warehouse needs abrasion resistance under forklifts and pallet jacks. We help you choose a system based on how your space really works.
Systems we install
Quartz and flake broadcast
Colored quartz sand or vinyl chips are broadcast into epoxy and sealed. The result is textured, slip resistant and very durable, ideal for kitchens, restrooms and locker rooms.
High-build epoxy and urethane cement
Thick epoxy coatings resist abrasion and chemicals in warehouses and shops. For kitchens with hot water and steam cleaning, urethane cement handles thermal shock better than standard epoxy.
Integral cove base
We can run the coating up the wall in a smooth curve, removing the seam where dirt and bacteria collect. Health inspectors appreciate it, and it makes mopping faster.
Working around your hours
Downtime costs money. We schedule work for evenings, weekends or slow seasons and can phase larger projects so part of your space stays open. Fast-cure systems can return areas to service overnight. We coordinate with property managers and other trades, and we keep work areas clean and contained.
Auto shops and service bays
Auto repair, tire and detail shops deal with oil, coolant, brake fluid and heavy jacks. We use chemical-resistant epoxy systems with added texture in wet areas. Bright colors improve lighting and make dropped parts easier to find. Safety lines and bay markings can be added.
Medical and dental offices
Clinics need floors that are easy to disinfect and comfortable for rolling stools and carts. A seamless epoxy or polished concrete floor has no grout lines and handles hospital-grade cleaners. We work after hours so patient schedules are not affected.
Moisture in commercial slabs
Many commercial slabs sit on damp ground, and moisture problems are common beneath vinyl tile and sheet goods. When old flooring is removed, we test the slab and use vapor-mitigation primers where needed so the new floor stays bonded.

Restaurants and food service
The city has a lively mix of family restaurants, bakeries and quick-service spots. Kitchen floors there face grease, hot water, dropped pans and constant mopping. Tile and grout break down quickly under those conditions, and broken grout harbors bacteria. A seamless quartz or urethane cement floor with a cove base solves both problems. We sequence the work so equipment can be moved, coated around and replaced in as few nights as possible.
Light industrial and flex spaces
Business parks along the north side of town hold flex units used for assembly, storage, printing, distribution and small manufacturing. Those slabs often have forklift wear, old paint lines and oil spots. We grind, repair joints and install high-build epoxy with new safety striping and marked walkways. Bright floors improve visibility and make the space more appealing to tenants and customers alike, which helps owners lease units faster.
Schools, churches and community buildings
Multipurpose rooms, fellowship halls, gym storage areas and kitchens in community buildings see folding tables, chairs, carts and events almost every week. Seamless coatings stand up to that rolling traffic and make post-event cleanup fast. We schedule during breaks and holidays, communicate with facility staff and provide product information for maintenance teams, so the people caring for the building know exactly how to clean it and when a recoat will eventually be due.
